Well
, the leaves are still falling in Florida. For
those of you who have been waiting for the weather to change
, well who new the cold snaps would keep coming!!
.
Florida weather is still
the mildest around the nation, even though we have seen
some very cold nights. And yes, it hasn't happened for such
a long time, but it snowed in Florida this year. Wow!!
Fuel
prices have been hovering around the $2.75 to $3.00 range
keeping people on the roads. Not too bad so far this year.
The
Holidays are gone and spring is just around the corner.
So
hurry up and start planning your next Florida vacation with
our help at Awesome Traveler right away!.
Florida
beaches are holding on to a few nice days inbetween
the cold fronts , so this might be a good time for a quick
trip down south for some fun in the sand. Sit and watch
the beautiful sunsets with your favorite, maybe warm, beverage!
And there are a few boaters still willing to roam about
in the cold waters of the Gulf of Mexico this time of year.
Temperatures
are changing a bit this month. There are forecasts
for warmer temperatures perfect for walking on the beach,
while waiting for the daily spectacular sunsets. There has
been considerable rain this season with some beautiful afternoon
clouds appearing before and after. Great
conditions for some scenic photos for your scrapbook!

The
water temperatures have been cool but there is plenty of
sunshine in the afternoons.
In our March
fishing report Trout and Redfish might be the fish
to go for in the cold waters. Shrimp and pinfish being the
bait of choice. High tides might help yeild large Trout
in certain spots.
In
these cold months redfish begin to thin out a bit. You might
find them near docks, reefs, passes, near inshore rock areas,
and in jetties as the weather warms up. For more info.,
click on our fishing report link above.

After
the cold fronts stop coming, Visitors
